The victims have been identified as 54-year-old Olga Roig, a rear passenger on the motorcycle, and the motorcycle's driver, a 22-year-old man from Elmer, whose name has not yet been released.
According to authorities, the motorcycle was traveling westbound on Union Road when the pickup truck, making a turn from Union Road onto Genoa Avenue, collided with the two-wheeled vehicle. The force of the impact proved fatal for both occupants of the motorcycle.
The driver of the pickup truck, a 22-year-old man, is cooperating with investigators. However, the exact cause of the crash is still under investigation by the Vineland Police Department.
