The Sixers will receive forward Jalen McDaniels from Portland in the deal, while the Hornets will get guard Josh Richardson from the Sixers.
Thybulle is a 6-foot-5 wing who is known for his defensive versatility. He was named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team in 2022.
McDaniels is a 6-foot-10 forward who is averaging 9.2 points and 7.1 rebounds per game this season.
